: Many times the symptoms you talk about are from overuse. Specific types of theraputic massage are very helpful. Take a look at bonnieprudden.com sportstouch.com and mrtherapy.com for some backround. Allowing muscles to go back to a normal lentgh reduces the pain. I would like to help. All the best. Alan

Alan what you say does make sense...Our muscles seem to shrink which causes all sorts of problems and pains...I just wish I had the money it would take to see a massage therapist...
