Many times the symptoms you talk about are from overuse. Specific types of theraputic massage are very helpful. Take a look at bonnieprudden.com sportstouch.com and mrtherapy.com for some backround. Allowing muscles to go back to a normal lentgh reduces the pain. I would like to help. All the best. Alan
