To me you have two choices.
1) Fight
2) Don't fight

You need to think of what you would need to do and the time required and all the different actions to be taken for each of those choices and then decide in your heart what is right for you. Then, go all out and follow through!

Get some information that pertains to your situation BEFORE your next drs. appointment coming up. BE PREPARED right away to deal with this. Get ALL the info you can on both the WC / Insurance situation AND be knowlegable about RSI's so you can clearly understand your doctor and ask questions if his view varies from what you have learned. It is OK to question authority. I highly recommend you do this.

: I was having discomfort at work while typing. I didnt think anything of it, til 2 days later I woke up and my hand was swollen like a grapefruit.
: I went to urgent care and they said I had tendonitis and that since I dont do much typing or repetitive movements at home it may have been damaged at work then aggravated thru normal use at home.

: Is that possible? I ask because I went to see the workmans Compensation Dr and he told me that it could not be work related because I didnt work the night before. He also said that having discomfort while typing is normal.
