I have letters from my primary care physician, orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and neurosurgeon claiming that in their professional opinions, my carpal and cubital tunnel IS due to my work and the poorly laid out work station I use. Of course the insurance carrier for my employer disagrees and I'm fighting them tooth and nail! Thanksfully, I have medical insurance that covers my medical. But I've had to use my personal sick leave for the weeks I've been off from work after my two surgeries and the time off for the almost 30 physical therapy visits. : Ok, I'm done venting. I'm just glad you're having good luck! : Steve Thanks Steve. Hard to comprehend how all these experts can say that your medical conditions are due to your work & the insurance company can disagree. It's ludicrous! Keep up the fight & I hope you're successful.
