: I had a cubital tunnel release almost 3 weeks ago. Because my nerve was so bad he put me in a cast for two weeks and a sling for another two. I didnt find the actual surgery as painful as I expected, not as bad as my bunion surgeries were. But the recovery is not going as well as I had hoped. I do see the Ot next week though so I am hoping for some good insight on how to improve things. kathy
