I've been dealing with my comp company denying my claim, so I've been on the phone with my Dr's office a lot lately. Today the secretary told me of a woman who was being treated for work-related shoulder pain. Once her comp carrier found out she'd recently had a "procedure" done, they immediatly denied her. Her "procedure"? A d&c! LOL! I'd really like to know how THAT had anything to do without her shoulder! Must be she laid on it wrong during the procedure so now it's her own fault. Gotta love the insurance companies!
