I'm becoming more convinced that many "rsi" problems are neck/posture related. maybe I'll try this and the cult of alexander - at least for this there's easy instructions for you to do it yourself. and i'm also having computer game withdrawals. I want to play mario kart double dash dammit! but it hurts me. and I want to play badminton. wahwahwah. there. whinging makes me feel so much better. |
