Finally after a month, I got hold of a report today from the Occupational Health doc. It says there is 'no doubt' I have ' a problem with Cubital Tunnel Syndrome ( I haven't even had an emg lol). The report recommends that I be removed from 'any manual handling duties to avoid compromising her medical condition' 'until such time as the specialist's opinion and outcome of any treatment is known.' Looks like I'm laughing all the way to my solicitors. Anyone from the UK reading this? Have you attempted an industrial injury claim? |
