Sorry you're having such difficulty at such a young age. Like Kay said, it does sound like cts. Also, you may have and ulnar nerve entrapment in your elbow if you're experiencing the symptoms in your pinkie finger.

Also, like Kay said, massage therapy can be very helpful. Unfortunately, these "injuries" are called "repetative stress injuries". Essentially, it's from doing the same things over and over and over again. The only real "cure" is to cease the offending activities. This can be difficult for many since our jobs require us to be at a workstation 8+ hours a day. You might try getting a wrist splint to wear at a pharmacy. No too expensive. Also, try keeping your arms straight, and not bent, anymore than necessary (if you do have an ulnar nerve issue). This causes pinching to the ulnar nerve. Alot of times symptoms in the ulnar nerve are worse at night because you can't control the bending of your elbows at night. You can role up a towel, place it in the crook of your arm, and wrap it with an ace bandage. This can serve as a "splint" to keep your arm from bending at night.

Hope things work out for you.

Steve
