Sorry you are having such a bad time. Your "case" sounds alot like mine as it got really bad really quickly. Luckily I was able to schedule my surgery within 3 weeks of the date I decided to go ahead with it. I too had gotten to the point where I was looking forward to it, so I understand how you feel. Hang in there, the day will be here before you know it. In the mean time try to take it easy on your hand, i started doing as much as I could with my left hand, besides it was good practice for when I actually did have the surgery.
