Jeepgirl, you have all our support. We do know how you feel. It took me close to a year to get WC to approve my surgery. If your hand is in lots of pain, you might want to try heat, but if your hand is swelling up on you, try ice. Try the Aleve or Advil for the pain also. I wish you didn't have to drive a stick shift because I know that has to be painful. Hang in there. Your surgery date will be here before you know it. Were here for you. Melani
