I "look healthy" so it's hard for my support system to understand my pain and frustration. Just over a month until surgery. I'm actually beginning to look forward to it. How sad is that?! Wah! Oh believe me, I know exactly what you mean.. It might help to remind your so called support system that long after your hands are fixed you will still remember who was kind & who wasn't kind.. Surgery will not erase your memory:)
