We all know just what you're saying, that's part of the reason were here not only to give advice but support from someone that really knows what you're going through not just someone trying to know. It's great to have family and friends to help you through this but as you said you "look healthy" so it's hard for someone that hasn't gone through what you are to understand it all. Since you're starting to have such a hard time and still a month to go maybe Adam can link the site for the post op excerises. They are the same my PT had me do and may help you some before surgery also. But hang in there and stay determined if not always strong...Paula
