I still have some problems on a daily basis for one hand. Recently I have started have muscle twitching in the upper arm and upper part of forearm (just below the elbow). I am wondering if others have had this same problem. I have the twitching much of the day and the twitching awakens me at night. The twitching is not really painful. However, after several hours of twitching the arm muscle will start to cramp up some and that is a little more painful. I guess it is more irriating and worrisome than painful. Any input will be good.
