Hi Kitty,

I have something similar going on with my wrist/thumb base. I fell on mine also & now have developed arthritis in that area.. Bone rubbing on bone sure does hurt...They do not make artifical joints for the base of the thumb, so it looks like we are stuck trying to find our own answers.. I might try MSM soon. Will be looking into both remedies..
Good luck and keep us updated on whatever you find that helps.
