: I'll ditto what Alan said. I had the same thing with two bones in my right knee rubbing together. Dr was talking about a knee replacement, but I opted to try the Chondrotin/glucosamine and MSM. It took a couple of months before the knee quit hurting, but it did. I can run now but had trouble walking at the time. Also my knuckles would get inflammed and the stuff clears it up. I had read that the chondrotin would rebuild cartilage, had doubts about that, but apparently worked for me.

Hi Corey and Alan,
Thanks for the good advice, I will definitly look into it. We have some pretty good health food stores out by where I work so I'll hit one soon.
I've read too many bad things about cortisone injects so I really don't want to pursue that route. The only other suggestion my doctor had was a parafin bath which I will pick up.
