: I'll ditto what Alan said. I had the same thing with two bones in my right knee rubbing together. Dr was talking about a knee replacement, but I opted to try the Chondrotin/glucosamine and MSM. It took a couple of months before the knee quit hurting, but it did. I can run now but had trouble walking at the time. Also my knuckles would get inflammed and the stuff clears it up. I had read that the chondrotin would rebuild cartilage, had doubts about that, but apparently worked for me.

HI guys. I hurt my right knee doing step arobics(sp). I missed the step. I have problems going up stairs but do just fine coming down. Do you think the Chondratin/glucosamine MSM will help with my knee? My husbands boss just had knee replacement on both knees and is in horrible pain. I don't want any part of that. If either thinks it will help my knee, I'll be flying to the healthstore. Melani
