Hi everyone,
I went back to the doctor today for a checkup on my wrist for the "post surgery fall" and things look good, also my wrist has been feeling alot better the last week or so. The doctor said to expect it to still be tender/painful for another 4 or so. Aside from that he also said I have arthritis, two of my carpal bones are rubbing together which is why I'm having more pain in my thumb area. Does anyone know any good home remedies for arthritis? He offered me an injection, but for now the thought of a needle going in my wrist....well I just don't think so!
Anyway if anyone has any ideas on things that will help an arthritic wrist?
