Well, I answered you first thing in the morning when I saw your post. Sorry you're having trouble sleeping. Have you ever tried Ambien? It's pretty good and not nearly as addictive as traditional "sleeping pills". Or you might always try a Benadryl with a few shots of vodka. Always works well for me : - )
