Now, Cornell is a pretty damn good hospital. : I saw him for less than 2 minutes. Swear. And then he had me out the door to schedule yet *another* EMG. I asked him what for, considering the last 3 EMGs showed "borderline" CTS. He said that HE does it better. Well, well. I didn't even have a chance to catch my breath and say "to hell with the EMGs, let's just do an MRI!" before he was out the door. : But he did have time to say that he doesn't think it's CTS, but perhaps rheumatism, or bursitis, or fibromyalgia, or maybe something else. (Needless to say, I've looked up the symptoms for all those medical conditions, and all I can say is -- huh?! Wasn't he listening to my symptoms?) : Sigh... Thats about how long my pain DR appts are. Still in pain? Oh hurts more since it got cold. I see stomach hurts from pills. Ok here's your pills try this for you stomach. Have a nice day. I spend more time filling out the paperwork than accually talking to her.
