It is bilateral- I forgot to mention that in my other post. The braces do help, but I get frustrated that I can't do a lot of things with them on. Luckily I've had a trainee at work the past couple of days and he's doing most fo the work for me (can't argue about that, huh?!) I'll write more later. I'm late for work!
