I'm not as family with ulnar nerve problems in the wrist but would imagine that emg would be used to diagnose it as well..... : Steve Steve I believe in my emg/nvc report said it diagnosed the carpal tunnel entrapment and said my ulnar nerve was within normal limits. So in my case both test were run and just listed me with severe ct and ulnar ok. Melani
