Good luck with your surgery. It seems the kind of work you do would mean more time off than some jobs. maybe this is why your doctor told you 6 weeks. I have some pain from the incision. I'm taking Advil and Tylenol, alternately, every 3 or 4 hours. the pain isn't as severe as from abdominal surgery, for example. I know healing isn't going to happen overnight but at least it's started! Donna
