Hi Gwynn, If I were in your shoes, I would go to my doctor have the test run to verify CT, find out what level your at, then decide on treatment. If its only mild, there are lots of people here with the same level that are trying therapy, massages, exercise that may eliminate your CT, If its Moderate to Severe, I would try all the alternative methods first, then if they don't work, find a good Orthopeadic Doctor or Hand Surgeon. CT can come back with a vengence. Good luck on whatever decision you make. Melani
