And if it did get better after many months then I figured it wouldn't take much to make it flare up again. I have 3 books by Pete Egoscue www.egoscue.com and am doing exercises for RSI. I hope this will take care of any other problems caused by posture and computer work, etc. I realize the CT release will only help the median nerve at that spot. The nerve conduction test did show entrapment in the carpal tunnel for my right hand. My left was normal.

It seems that you have throughly checked out ever option, which is fantastic. Ive heard of the mini release but dont know too much about it. I wish you the best of luck and a speedy healing.
