CTS after surgery still in pain

Hi all i had my surgery on my right hand in March and on my left in April. I am still having pain in both hands and i have no strengh in either hands my grip test showed 30% in my right and 20% in my left hand they say for someone my age [36] i shouhld be at 55-60%. W/C is saying they don't understand what is taking so long and don't want to pay me any more. My doctor wont release me to go back to my curent job he sent a leter to W/C saying he wants me retrained. I talked to my job about this and they say if you can't do the job you where hired to we can't keep you. I don't know what to do.If anyone can help please let me know.
